Utilities Disputes is a not-for-profit organisation that sorts electricity, gas and water complaints between consumers and their utilities provider.
“Our mission is to be fast, fair and accurate in everything we do" says
Neil Mallon, Commissioner and CEO, pictured. “We have been helping kiwis for over 23 years and our services are free for all consumers. We also support providers to improve their services.” 
Demand for Utilities Disputes’ services has tripled in the last three years and we have responded by becoming more agile - sorting complaints earlier and focusing on education and prevention.
Utilities are essential for everyone’s health and wellbeing, and we help to make sure they are delivered fairly for all kiwis.
